Rescheduling:
If you need to rebook your appointment, I respectfully ask that you message me to reschedule at least 25 hours before your scheduled time! There is NO penalty for rescheduling as long as it is before the 25 hour window, and it is the first time rescheduling this appointment!
If you need to reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be invoiced/charged 20% of your scheduled service(s)! The 20% WILL go towards your appointment IF this is the first time rescheduling this appointment!
Clients only get 1 chance per appointment to reschedule (emergencies are an exception)! Meaning, you cannot reschedule the SAME appointment more than once (even if it was before the 25 hour window!)
If you need to reschedule an appointment twice, you will be invoiced/charged 20% of your scheduled service(s)! The 20% does NOT go towards your appointment! It is a FEE! (If you paid the 20% to reschedule 24 hours before or less, this will now become your 20% FEE)
If rescheduling becomes a regular thing for you (if you reschedule more than 3 times total for non-emergencies), you will be invoiced/charged 20% of your scheduled service(s) each time you reschedule, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Emergencies are ALWAYS an exception!! If you do have an emergency, just communicate with me! It will not count towards you as long as you follow guidlines (see “🌟” below)!
Cancelling:
ALL Cancellations more than 48 hours before your scheduled time will result in an invoice/charge of 35% of scheduled service(s)! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Cancellations with less than 48 hour notice will be invoiced/charged 50% of scheduled services! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Cancel fees do NOT go towards your next appointment!
🌟For emergency rescheduling/cancellations, you must message me to rebook your appointment within a week of canceling (& Appointment MUST be moved to within 4 weeks of canceled time) to avoid a cancel fee (35%-50%)!
No Call/No Showing:
Missed Appointments (No Showing without notice) will result in an invoice/charge of 100% of scheduled service(s)! NO EXCEPTIONS!

If you refuse to pay invoice for your cancelled or missed appointment (if your card isn’t on file), you will be added to the “Do Not Serve” list for LIFE (or until invoice is paid)!

Thank you, everyone for understanding! I have a business to run, so I cannot rely on cancellations and no-show clients (I have had WAY too many lately)! When you cancel or no-show, I make $0, and have no way to fill your spot with such late notice! I also purchase products for you, and make no money back to make up for it! So I have to put this policy in place to protect me and my business! 🖤
